Professional Capability:
Jolomi is presently representing the Federal Government of Nigeria in an appeal against the decision of the tax appeal tribunal. The appeal raises questions concerning the application of the doctrine of legitimate expectation in tax matters and the legal incentives available to oil and gas companies involved in the government’s gas-to-liquids programme.
