Our firm was also involved in the publication of The Blue Book: Practical Approach to the Lagos State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2004, (already in its second edition) a must have for every practicing lawyer. The Rules have been found useful in other jurisdictions, for instance, the Federal High Court (which has adapted its rules in line with the Lagos High Court Rules), the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Kwara and several other States where The Blue Book has been found extremely useful in the formulation and interpretation of new civil rules of practice.
